The great state of Illinois is known as “Land of Lincoln” after one of America’s greatest presidents. Illinois is also known for producing monster whitetail deer. There’s an area in Illinois known as The Golden Triangle. This region encompasses Pike, Brown, Adams and Schuyler counties and is known for adding buck after buck to the record books each and every year. Melissa Bachman of Winchester Deadly Passion loves to hunt whitetail nearly every year in Illinois, and loves to share her love of the area and passion for hunting with her friends. This episode places Melissa with Kelly Blonigen who is diagnosed with a rare nervous system disorder and granted a wish through the organization Wishes and More. Kelly’s wish is to hunt with Melissa at Golden Triangle Whitetail and quickly that dream becomes a reality.
