This master bedroom enjoys its own private access to the Muskoka room, which overlooks beautiful Lake Rosseau. The outdoor deck extends from the Muskoka room, wrapping around the cottage to the family room, and a propane BBQ and tank is provided for summer outdoor cooking here. Located on a very quiet bay, children can play on the rustic swing set, or splash around the shallow sandy beach area. A fire pit awaits marshmallow roasts, or set up a badminton game or practice your putting on the large grassy area. Golfing enthusiasts will delight in the many golf courses in the area, such as Rocky Crest Golf Resort, Windermere Golf and Country Club, and Lake Joseph Golf Club. The stillness and tranquility of Muskoka living is easy to enjoy from the gazebo right on the water. There are also many lakeside resorts and restaurants that are just a short drive away. Port Sandfield and Port Carling are 5- and 10-minutes away by boat, and Lake Rosseau offers incredible water fun and activities. With both shallow and deep water entry, a paddle boat, kayak, and canoe are available to explore the lake, and a 24' boat slip is available for docking your own personal boat.
